Powerlifting Program - Phase 1
This program focuses on improving the main three (3) compound lifts: the squat, the bench and the deadlift. This includes the frequency of squatting and deadlifting twice a week, and benching three times a week. The assessory work included is aimed to improve your main lifts while staying injury and pain-free. Imagine a tall pyramid without a large base of support, it just wouldn't work. This program goes through three, four week phases that build your foundations and aid you in peaking in a new total or lift a personal record. This program is made for anyone that wants to focus mainly on the strength side of training and possibly aiming to compete. Regardless, anyone can complete this program and get better. Don't forget, Train With Intent!
