Personal Coaching.

My main aim is to guide you to the greatest version of yourself without sustaining injuries that hinder your progress. An advantageous side effect of being trained by a Physiotherapist and Strength Coach, is that you minimize any need for external advice, education, or rehabilitation of injuries.

Coaching Includes:

  • All Programs completed in 4-Week Mesocycles utilizing the data from your previous program and/or current strength levels

  • Warm-Up Demonstrations and necessary Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Exercises provided

  • Weekly Phone-Calls on day of your choice

  • Weekly Video Technique Analysis and Feedback through WhatsApp

  • Daily responses to concerns, questions and ideas

  • Education and mentoring R.E anatomy, lifting mentality, lifting biomechanics and physiotherapy rehabilitation
