Personal Coaching.
My main aim is to guide you to the greatest version of yourself without sustaining injuries that hinder your progress. An advantageous side effect of being trained by a Physiotherapist and Strength Coach, is that you minimize any need for external advice, education, or rehabilitation of injuries.
Coaching Includes:
All Programs completed in 4-Week Mesocycles utilizing the data from your previous program and/or current strength levels
Warm-Up Demonstrations and necessary Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Exercises provided
Weekly Phone-Calls on day of your choice
Weekly Video Technique Analysis and Feedback through WhatsApp
Daily responses to concerns, questions and ideas
Education and mentoring R.E anatomy, lifting mentality, lifting biomechanics and physiotherapy rehabilitation
